Welcome to Zeyxa. Let's be clear. By accessing or using zeyxa.com (the "Site") and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3) Orders, pricing and availability When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where:

  • we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
  • there is a pricing or listing error
  • items are unavailable or discontinued
  • the delivery address cannot be serviced

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4) Payments By placing an order, you authorise payment of the total amount shown at checkout (including any delivery charges and taxes where applicable).

Payment processing is handled securely by trusted payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:

  • courier/carrier delays
  • customs processing (where applicable)

Nothing in our policies affects your statutory consumer rights.

7) Product information We aim to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However:

  • colours and appearance may vary due to screen/device settings
  • packaging and minor product details may vary between batches

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

8) Intellectual property All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design) is owned by or licensed to Zeyxa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

9) Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.

We are not responsible for:

  • misuse of products contrary to instructions
  • temporary Site outages or technical issues beyond our reasonable control

For other matters, these Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil (where our business is registered), unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence may still apply and are not excluded.
