Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery takes 5–7 working days from dispatch.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. You'll receive confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our warehouse.

Tracking

All orders include tracked delivery as standard. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, this may occasionally take slightly longer, but we'll keep you informed if there are any delays.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@zeyxa.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

For any issues with delivery—such as missing parcels, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts—get in touch and we'll work with the courier to resolve it.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately at support@zeyxa.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
