Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item.
This gives you plenty of time to try products at home and make sure they're right for you.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund. This means:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- All original tags and packaging intact
We understand you may need to try items on or inspect them—that's absolutely fine. We just ask that they're returned in a condition suitable for resale.
How to Return an Item
Returning something is straightforward:
- Email us at support@zeyxa.com with your order number
- We'll send you a returns label and clear instructions
- Pack the item securely and attach the label
- Drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point
You'll receive confirmation once we've received your return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return.
You'll be notified by email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or variant, you have two options:
Option 1 (fastest): Return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or variant you need. This ensures you get what you want without waiting for us to process an exchange.
Option 2: Contact us at support@zeyxa.com and we'll arrange a direct exchange. This may take slightly longer but avoids the need to place a second order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that's damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll sort it out.
Contact us at support@zeyxa.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue if possible.
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover the cost of return postage.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. These will be clearly marked on the product page before you purchase.
Return Postage Costs
For standard returns (change of mind, sizing, etc.), return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For faulty or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid returns label at no cost to you.
