PAYMENT POLICY
This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept and how payments are processed on Zeyxa ("we", "us", "our").

1) Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods (subject to availability at checkout):
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (and other supported cards)
- PayPal (if available at checkout)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available at checkout)
The available payment options for your order will always be shown at checkout.
2) Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3) When you are charged
By placing an order, you authorise payment of the total amount shown at checkout.
This includes:
- product price(s)
- any applicable taxes (where relevant)
- delivery charges (currently free shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout)
Payment is taken at the time your order is placed (unless your payment provider handles the timing differently).
4) Payment security
We use SSL encryption and trusted payment providers to process transactions securely.
We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5) Order confirmation & billing issues
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If your payment is declined, please:
- double-check your billing details
- try a different payment method, or
- contact your bank/payment provider

6) Fraud prevention
To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may cancel or refuse orders if we detect suspicious activity.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7) Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
