SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works when you order from Zeyxa (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Shipping countries
We ship to the United Kingdom and selected European countries.
Availability may vary by product and destination. If we cannot ship an item to your address, this will be shown at checkout.
2) Shipping costs
FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
There are no hidden shipping fees. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you pay.
3) Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
4) Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- your location
- peak periods (e.g., holidays)
- customs processing (for international shipments)
- carrier operations and local delivery conditions
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
5) Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
6) International shipping and customs
We use international logistics partners to offer modern products at competitive prices.
If your order is shipped internationally, customs authorities in your country may apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees.
- If these fees apply, they are typically determined by your local customs authority and may be payable by the customer upon delivery.
- Where applicable, we will follow local rules on how taxes are collected and shown at checkout.
7) Delivery issues (delays, lost parcels, damaged parcels)
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- clear photos/video of the issue
We will resolve eligible cases with a replacement or refund, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8) Incorrect address / undeliverable parcels
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may need to:
- reship the order (if possible), or
- issue a refund minus any return shipping/handling costs charged by the carrier (where applicable).
